近年来，在学校领导的高度重视下，全体教职员工的积极进取下，学校立足上海，走向世界，各项工作、学习、文化交流…越来越有国际范。伴随着学校国际化进程的快速发展，作为校园文化的重要形象展示窗口之一的学校图书馆，也是开开心心，热热闹闹、整整齐齐、认认真真的接待好每批来访的国内外师生，应该说也给每位来访的师生都留下了美好映象。
为了更好地宣传校园文化，彰显校图书馆特色，图书馆老师们将我校的图书馆特色浓缩为四句话: 1学校图书馆历史悠久，是上海中专图书馆协会发起人之一；2图书馆周开放时间长达73小时，冠上海中专类学校图书之首；3明亮的灯光，舒适的沙发，高档的按摩，与星巴克相同品质的咖啡，价格却只有它的四分之一；4馆内藏书逐步从实体书转向为电子书。并特请我们外语教研组的“四大法王，紫衫龙王周慧菁、白眉鹰王陈忠于、青翼蝠王陈忠庆、金毛狮王马杰”（注：此处纯属搞笑，请勿对号入座。外号借用自金庸先生笔下的《倚天屠龙记》中的四大护教法王，有兴趣的读者不妨重温一下武侠经典）针对四句特色，进行了英语翻译，方便对外宣传。
